Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes! We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. Check the Returns and Refund Policy for more information

What if the item I received is faulty, damaged, or not as described?

If your item is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match the description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
  • You are not required to pay return shipping for faulty items.

Are all items eligible for return?

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Hygiene-related items, such as earrings or socks
