Processing time
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

The carrier used will generally depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and the delivery location. However, we reserve the right to upgrade delivery to Australia Post, at our discretion and at no additional cost to you, where appropriate to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Customs processing times vary by country and may extend delivery. Customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees. USA orders are shipped DDP, so these fees are already included.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@capybaraontheclouds.com.au.
We will open an investigation with the courier to locate the parcel. Depending on the outcome, we will replace or refund the order. Each situation is reviewed individually and in line with Australian Consumer Law.
